St. Luke’s and the MNA met for their 21st negotiating session on Thursday, November 10. During the session, MNA provided a response to St. Luke’s counterproposal from October 27. MNA’s proposal included a change in their across-the-board wage request by one fourth of a percent from 24.5% to 24.25% over 3 years.

St. Luke’s then provided a comprehensive counter proposal, which included an across-the-board wage increase to 12% over 3 years.

St. Luke’s looks forward to resuming negotiations on Monday, November 14, 2022.
