Today was our 14th negotiating session. St. Luke’s presented proposals on straight shifts, annual education, and an economic package, increasing our across-the-board wage offer to 10.5% over three years. Our proposal also included increases to preceptor pay and student loan repayment.

MNA provided a counter economic package of a 30.5% increase in wages over three years, with differentials for preceptor, charge nurse and longevity pay. In addition, MNA has several other economic proposals on the table.

We have provided MNA with a date for our next negotiating session and are waiting to hear back.
